Welcome to Holivans. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. If you would like any information about the local area or transport timetable, please come into Reception and ask one of our friendly knowledgeable staff. The Reception is open everyday from 9 am to 5 pm. In the event of an emergency outside Office hours, a list of Emergency Contacts can be found on the notice board in the window of the Reception. Leaflets for local attractions are available free of charge at the Reception.

1) When pitching your Motorhome or Caravan please allow a space of 6 metres between you and your nearest neighbour. The caravan’s jockey wheel must be placed on the white slab situated on the ground as a guide for positioning you onto your pitch and the Caravan or Motorhome must run long ways from the hook-up.

2) Showers & Toilets are available. Please leave them as you would expect to find them. Access for the Toilets & Showers/ Family and Disabled Wetroom is via a key card. A £5 refundable deposit is required for a keycard. The Elsen Point is located near the Refuse Bin area.

3) The Tow Bar is open from 12 pm to 3 pm and in the evenings from 7 pm to midnight most days. Various Entertainment is on throughout the season, including bingo, karaoke, quizzes. Various live entertainments on Saturday nights during main season. Please check the notices of forthcoming events displayed in the Tow Bar Entrance.

 4) The Laundrette is open from 9 am till late. The machines are coin operated (£1 & 20p) and washing powder is available at Reception. Ironing board and Iron are available for hire free of charge.

5) No camp fires. Barbeques are allowed but must always be attended by an adult and raised off the ground

6) Please place all rubbish in the bins provided by the Water Point NOT in the Tow Bar or toilet bins

7) Well behaved dogs are permitted on site but they MUST be kept on a lead at ALL times. Remember please ‘scoop your dogs poop’ and dispose of properly.

8) No generators are allowed on site

9) Consider the feelings of fellow residents. Individuals making excessive noise after 11pm may be asked to leave the site without compensation

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the site immediately if any of these conditions are NOT adhered to.
